stages of his training teday with
out injury to his bands or the
healed cut over his left eye when
he boxed four light rounds, step
ping two each with, Jack Burke,'
the Pittsburg ' light-weight, and
Billy Well3. the British welter
weight. Before pulling- on the
gloves the champion hammered
the punching bag for a round and
then Jumped Into the ring for a
round of shadow boxing to get
warmed up. :'-r j, -
- A sudden thundershower , and
hail storm, breaking over the
champion's camp five minutes be
fore he wasjeady to , start his
workout, drove him to the shelter
of his indoor gymnasium, which
wasJammed to the doors. I Demp

Hungarian Woman Healthy
And Active at Age of 1 25
'--: LONDON, June 30. The latest
entrant for international old i age
honors is a Hungarian woman -by
the name of Antonia Llppal whose
age Is authenticated at 125 years.
She is reported to be In excellent
health and very active. . k;
In answer to inquiries as "to her
health, Antonia ; says she wore
glasses until she was 95, but since
then she has been ! able to see
clearly without artificial aid. She
has been a widow, for 60 years,
and earns a living by giving med
ical advice in her community.

DUBLIN June 30. The Irish
Government is establishing, a na
tional censorship;' of cinema pic
tures. Hitherto ; managers have
been! canyins on such censorship
as was provided in England, and
many films, were; uncensored,' but
there was no uniformity and some
public compKlnt of the exhibition
of objectionable films. . '
The new censorship . will super
sede all others.' Every film must
be censored by the national cen
sor; and the exhibition of any un
censored film will be punished by
