Salem. Orejren. deems It necessary
and expedient and hereby declares
its purpose and Intention to im
prove Capitol -Street from the
north Una cf Madison Street to
the east line of the Fairgrounds
t Road, at the expense of the abutt
' lug and adjacent property, .except
the street Intersections 'the ex-
t pease ef which will be assumed
by the City of Salem, by bringing
said portion of Capitol Street to
, the established grade, construct
las cement, concrete curbs, and
paring said portion of Capitol

crete pavement forty feet wide In
