Sixty boys are practicing at the 1TMCA twice a week, getting ready for the Rose festival in Portland. These boys will occupy a promi nent part in the parade. They will hare all kinds of marches and drills and fancy steps.' The next practice, for the boys "will be next Monday evening. They will prac tice on a large cherry formation which will be red and green, and there will be about 60 boys par ticipating. , The other team, is the regular drill team.
