Nominations may be made at any time during- the competition.
Nominations are free. The nomination blank properly filled out registers a
candidate with 5000 free votes. Special subscription blanks and further
Information will be forwarded on receipt of nomination.
Candidates may secure subscriptions anywhere.
Prizes are -awarded according: to the votes obtained' In thBTtrntest. The can-
didate with the highest number of votes will get the first prize, and so on till
all the awards have been distributed.
A bonus of 10.000 votes will tie awarded candidates when they tarn in their
