the boys' work of the Salem
Association is one of the most in
teresting and one of the most pro
ductive of opportunities. ,. Our pro
gram as outlined last year .was far
exceeded during the year in most
instances due solely to the excel

are proud of the result obtained.
The Y. M. C. A. in Salem is no
longer an exclusive club for boys
who can pay their dues but is open
to every boy in the city through
the service membership plan. ,Ve
are not guessing now'. We know
it can be done, and with the ad

every boy.
Among the activities specially
