The nomination blank properly filled out register a candidate witK 5000 free votes. Special sub scription blanks and farther information will be forwarded on receipt of nomination. 3. Candidates can secure subscriptions any where. : A: ; PrizVsvare awarded .according' to the votes obtained in the contest' The candidate with the highest number of votes will get ie first prize and so on till all the awards have been dis tributed. 5.
