Ashby took first in the Javelin throw, with 141 feet, and Oralapp was beaten by three inch es for first place on the shot put or a throw of 34 feet 2 inches Willamette took nine firsts to Pacific's six, but the Forest Grove team counted heavily in seconds Pacific beat Willamette in football this year; won one and lost one game of basketball; lost two games of baseball; won over Willamette in one conference meet at Eugene, and lost in the meet at Salem two weeks ago; and this dual meet goes to Wil lamette.'
