Murray Keefer, and a red sweater with tan collar and cuffs, high top shoes. He has j light hair, light fclue eyes and both his upper and lower front teeth are anchored by cross wire which are readily noticeable. . Jefferson District Plan Rejected by Commission The state irrigation securities commission yesterday rejected a proposed contract of the Jeffer son Water Conservancy district, formerly the North Unit Irriga tion district, for development of its 106.000 acre 'project in Jef ferson county. Objections to the contract were the "cost plus" basis on which the Shattuck Construction com pany of San Francisco proposed to construct the project, a pro posal of Royen & Co., San Fran cisco bond dealers, to buy a bond issue of $5,000,000 at 82 cents I CARSON Sidney Carson died at KATES Mrs. Nelson Kates died at a local hospital.
