State of Oregon and the Jordan

for construction purposes, and
that construction work should be
resumed within sixty days from
the date thereof, and.

made available to date, and con
struction work has not. been re
sumed as provided for in said con
tract of May 27. 1921. and
Whereas, written notice or the
cessation of work under said con
tract of June 21. 1918. and of the
failure to resume work and other,
wise carry out the terms of said
contract of May 27, 1921. has
been given as required by law.

or to conform to the specifications
of its contracts with the State
