Club Constitutions Are Given to School Board All of the clnbs and societies of the high school have submitted their constitutions to the school board, according to an announce ment made yesterday by Superin tendent George Hug. The board, however, has not given time to their consideration because of oth er more pressing business. The action has ben taken in compliance with an order of the school board some time ago be cause of agitation against so-called secret societies following some ratber strenuous initiation cere monies.
