Dave Swanson filed a complaint
in the circuit court yesterday in
which he demands judgment
against ('. W. Mayger for the sum
of $5000. It appears from the
complaint that Mayger was re
sponsible tor the arrest and de
tention in the city jail of Swan
son, and later asked that the case
be dismissed. For this cause the
plaintiff has instituted proceed
ings for malicious prosecution.
