A million of the coal miners in
great Britain participated in the
strike, but there is at least one
who did not obey the union call
to quit work.
He presented himself for work

for his seven-hour shift, cut coal,
put it In a tub and took it to

EFFICIENCY AND ECONOMY
BOTH of those elements enter into
the handling of money by CHECK.
One isn't so apt to spend unneces

money wastefully when it involves the
writing of a check.
