Kozer, secretary of state, has mailed to peace officers throughout the state, supplies of blank applications for 1921 mo tor vehicle and chauffeur's li censes. This is done so that the officers may assist motor vehicle owners or chauffeurs in their re spective communities who may not have received blanks directly from ths secretary of state, by reason of change of residence or for further reasons. "During past years a great ser vice has been rendered the motor vehicle owners throughout tba state by the various motor dealers! and county and city officers and others in keeping a supply of these blanks on hand for local ac commodation," Mr. Kozer writes.
