sented .today at a meeting of a
sub-committee. The French
claims were first heard, followed
by Great Ilritain. Italy. Japan and

ence is considering the "radio
protocol" worked out by the five
major powers and presented to
other nations for stndy.
'It is designed." the statement
said, "to provide regulations
which will permit the fullest pos
