evidence submitted Jn the hearing
of the case and draws the con
elusion that' plaintiff. Mr. South
wick, is not totally disabled physi
cally and orders dismissal of the

by Ralph Barnes of Norway street
had caused many neighbors to be
fearful for their physical well
