very sweetly.

While In Portland Mrs. Shafer is a
guest at the Imperial hotel.
A most enjoyable afternoon wis
spent last Saturday when Mrs. Frank
Shafer invited a few friends of Mrs.
L. C. Cavanaugh. and her daughter.
