Every mother knows the danger
of infected adenoids and tonsils. If
a child breathes through the mouth
it is evidence of an obstruction that
may in Itself be sufficient-cause for
habitual underweight. If there Is
no obstruction In breathing and the
record is unsatisfactory, special at
tention should be paid for the next
four weeks to the most obvious
health habits of the child as suggest
ed in the following list:
Regular lunches daily at 10:30 a.
m. and 3:30 p. m.
Regular daily rest periods, lying
flat without pillow.
