The conclusion of the court makes observation that while the defendant nay have used strong and forceful language in opposing the plaintiffs conduct, such was pro voked by the attention which the plaintiff was paying to other Women Mhan his wife. The court decrees that the plaintiff Is not entitled to a divorce and orders Judgment la favor of Mrs. Day. and that the plaintiff pay the coots of the suit.
