The suit was Instituted to set aside an assessment by the city for the im provement of Alder street. The opin ion was written by Justice Benson and reverses Judge J. W. Hamilton of the lower court for Lane county. Two other opinions were handed down as follows: Ada Graber vs. Emma E. Boswell, appellant; - appeal from Douglas county: suit for an accounting: for mer decree modified; opinion by Justice Benson. L. C Estep vs. J. W.
