Or.. June 21. The keys of the city will be turned orer Monday to &20 returned reterans. In fae morning 20 of the 21st and 23rd engineers will pat in their ap pearance and will remain until mid night. Later a group of 25 Oregon and Washington men will pass through the city from Kelley Field. Texas. They will remain until 10 a. m. A special train will( bring 12C members of the 318th engineers in the afternoon. With them will come 41 veterans from Camp Merritt. Elaborate arrangements for a re ception are being completed by Cap- lain E. J. Elvers of the American Legion and T. Strain of war camp community service.
