Application was. re ceived at the office of State Engineer Cupper yesterday. It asks for an aproprlation of water from the Klam ath river sufficient to irrigate 20.- 646 acres. A main canal seven miles in length will be constructed with j bead gates of concrete. The cost is estimated at 8205.000. The project is 10 miles son th of Klamath Falls.
