Common Council deems It expedient
so to do, and hereby declares its
purpose fand intention to improve
North Church Street from "D" Street
to "E' S'reet at the expense of the
abutting aad adjacent property by
bringing said portion of North
Church Street to the established
grade, constructing cement concrete
curbs and paving said portions of
North Church Street with a four (4)
inch Portland Cement gravel con
crete basa upon wnlch shall be laid
an asphalHc concrete wearing su
face one and one-half inches
thick, in accordance with the plans,
specifications and estimate for the
improvement of said portion of said
Street, adopted by the Common
Council on the 19th day or May.
