The cantata is a three-part musical arrangement by Wilfred Bendall of Tennyson's descriptive poem't "The Lady of Shallott." It is divided into four parts: the first describes Cam elot and the Island of Shallott; the second tells about the Lady of Shal lott; the third describes the knight. Sir Lancelot and the prayer for her by Sir Launcelot and the knights of Camelot. , The soprano solos in the cantata will be sung by Joanna James. The piano accompanist will be, Gretchen Brown and Marian Emmons, violin ist, will assist. - The high school or chestra will render a number of se lections during the evening.
