terday when he was extended the
courtesy of the chamber and asked
to speak. He recently has return
ed to civilian life after service In the

tain's commission. He was ready to
embark for France when hostilities
ceased. At the 1917 session of the
legislature he occupied the seat now
held by Senator Nickelsen. Captain
Wilbur congratulated the legislature
on its reconstruction program

board of health and codification of
the state health laws. In its original
form the Christian Scientists attack
ed the bill, but Dr. Wood, chairman
