One of the successful trips' taken by auto from Southern California was taken by M F Kephart In, his roadster accompanied by his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. F. Davis " , They traveled from San Luis Obis po to Marlon. Oregon, covering 1100 miles without taking a tool , out of and not spending a rent for repairs. They covered the trip in four and a half days.
