H. C. Stover. 1 The deceased was the elder son of Mr. and Mrs. William F. Starr, who live at 564 North Church street. He was past 21 years 'of age, having been born In Salem August 22, 1896. He had flVed in Salem all his lire, working for a considerable time in the garage of Otto J. Wilson. He had recently returned from Arizona, where he had gone last fall In an ef- rfort to regain his health. Besidea,his parents, there is left a brother. Lester, to mourn his un timely taking off. - .1 - He was a member of the First Christian church. He was a sufferer fraim tuberculosis, which fact took him to Arizona, and he had been back in Salem only a few weeks. He was' a faithful worker and an exemplary citizen, and his loss will be sadly felt. The late Lady Mabeila Knox was one of nine brothers - and sisters, whose aggregate ages totalled 769 years. Five of them survived to 9). 99,193. 93 and 89 years, respec tively. ' ' - ' r. ...
