Quota tions closed steady at the same as yesterday's finish to 1-Sc higher, with January $1.27 5-S and May $1.24 1-2. Oats gained 1-4 to 3-8 to l-2c. The outcome in provisions varied from unchanged to 15c and vance. Advances in oats resulted largely from strength shown by prices at Winnipeg. . Resides . receipts here were very small. His plan for organization calls for a committee in each community of the county. These committees will direct the work on the program that applies to their particular locality. Mr. Larsen has a broad; practical and technical training In the agri cultural profession, having been-born and raised on a farm in Iowa.
