answer the complaint tiled against you in the
alove entitled suit by the tirst day of the next
regular teim of said Court, to In; held in the
Court House, in Clackamas county, Oregon, on
the 20th day of March, A. I). l7l"; and it' you
fail so to answer, the plaiutitf will apply to the
Court tor the relief demanded therein. The said
suit, is brought aarainst you to obtain a decree dis
solving the marriage contract heretofore existing
between you and taid plaintitf, on the Tound of
cruel and inhuman treatment, and to have the
cave and custody of Khoda Jane, the issue of said
marriage, awarded to said plaintitf, and for gen
