at the hour of 10 o'clock n. in. of taid

county judge, county clerk, county Bher
ill', county treasurer, one county com
nilttloner, county assessor, county
school superintendent, county coroner,
and county surveyor, also precinct of
ficers for the several picciucls of said
county ; and 10 delegates to tho Repub
lican State and District Congressional
Conventions, and to transact such other
business as may properly come before
said County Convention. The conven
tion will consis'. of 100 delegates chosen
by tho several precincts, and tho several
precincts of said county will be entitled

County Convention will be held in each
of the seernl precincts in said Wasco
County, on March 17, WOO. In East
Dalles precinct the polls for said primary
election will be located at the East End
Hose Co.'s house, and H. Rice, C. E.
Chrisuinn and L. S. Davis will act as
judges at said election; in Biitelow pre
cinct the polls will be located at the of
fice of Win. Michell, and J. M. Patter
son, F. Faulkner and Win. Michell will
act as judges nt saiil election ; in Trevitt
precinct the polls will he located at the
northeast corner of Third and Union
streets, and F. T. Sampson, Frank Vogt
and J. Fisher will act as judges at said
election ; and in West Dalles precinct the
polls will he located nt tiie City Mills,
anil O. L. fecli mult, .1. K btamels anil
C. M. Fonts will act as judges at said
election.
The polls in each of said precincts, in
said primary election, will be kept open
from 12 o'clock noon to 7 o'clock p. m.
for the reception of votes. The polls in
each of the other precincts in the county
will be located in the usual voting places
in each precinct, and it is recommended
shall be opened at tho hour of 2 o'clock
p. in. on said 17th day of March. 1000.
and will be conducted in the usual man
