Council of Dalles City, Oregon, on the 7th day
of March, A. D. 1899, notice is hereby given that
the Common Council aforesaid will cuuse to be
constructed, in accordance with the laws per
taining thereto, a sewer system in and forsuid
city; the nam' re, extent and location of said sys
tem i hereinafter set foith; and the cost there
of will be charged to tire property benefited
thereby. .
