At the close ot the meeting those present subscribed about $750 toward the current expenses of the church, and it is expected this will be increased to over a $1000 within a few days. One of the trnstees announced that the matter of building a parsonage was under consideration and might be un dertaken within the coming year. After the business meeting the ladies eerved refreshments and an hour or - more was pleaeantly given to sociability and music. Mr. S. A.
