A dispatch from Constantinople reports serious trouble near the Montenegrin frontier, in the district of Sera. Sanguinary conflicts have taken place between Albanians and Mussulmans and Christians. Troops ! sent to restore order lost several men I killed. The Montenegrin minister at uonstantinon e has sent a nrotest warn ing the Turkish government that if Mussulmans continue their attacks, it will lie difficult for Montenegro to pre vent her subjects from going to .the ass istance of the Christians.
