tfCy Cherry
Pectoral
A PREACHER'S EXPERIENCE.
"Three months ago, I took a vio
lent cold which resulted in an attack
of acute bronchitis. I pufmyself
under medical treatment, and at the
end of two months was no better.
I found it. very difficult to preach,
and concluded to try Averts Cherry
Pectoral. "The first bottle frave me
great reliefs the second, which I am
now taking, has relieved mo almost
entirely of all unpleasant symptoms,
and I feel sure that one or two bot
tles more will effect a permanent
cure. To all ministers suffering from
throat troubles, I recommend AVer's
Cherry Pectoral." E. M. Ekawley,

Two Xlves Saved.
Mrs. Phoebe Thomas, of Junction City
111. was told by her doctors she had
Consumption and that there was no hope
for her, but two bottles of Dr. King's
New Discovery completely cured her
and she says it saved her life. Mr. Thos.
Eggers, 139 Floruia St. San Francisco,
suffered from a dreadful cold, approach
ing Consumption, tried without result
everything else then bought one bottle
of Dr. KingV New Discovery and in two
weeks was cured. He is naturally thank
ful. It is such results, of which these
are samples, that prove the wonderful
efficacy of t his medicine in Coughs and
colds. Free trial bottles at Blakeley &
Houghton's Drug Store. Regular size
SO cents and $1 00.
None But Ayer's ac the World' Fair.
Ayer's Sarsaparilla enjoys the extra
ordinary distinction of having been the
only blood purifier allowed on exhibit at
the world's fair, Chicago. Manufact
urers of other sarsaparillas sought by
'every means to obtain a showing of their
goods, but they were all turned away
under the application of the rule for
bidding the entry of patent medicines
and nostrums. The decision of tbe
world's fair authorities intavor of Ayer's
Sarsaparilla was in effect as follows:
"Ayer's Sarsaparilla is not a patent
medicine. It does not belong to tbe
list of nostrums. It is here on its
merits."
Care for Headache.
As a remedy for all forms of Headache
Electric Bitters has proved to be the very
best. It effects a permanent cure and
the most dreaded habitual sick headache
yields to its influence. We urge all who
are afflicted to procure a bottle, and give
this remedy a fair trial. In cases of
habituil . constipation Electric Bitteis
cures by giving a needed tone to the
bowels, and few cases long resist the use
of thiB medicine. Try it once. Fifty
cents and $1.00 at Blakeley and Hough
ton s Drug store.
Redaction In Railroad Cares.
As there will be numerous requests
for reduced rates on account of political
meetings during the coming contest, it
has been decided that in order to treat
all parties alike, a one fare rate will be
made-by the O. R. & N. Co. tor various
meetings of this character.
This of course is intended only for oc
casions where there is sufficient number
to justify a reduction in rates. This is
done so that there wil' be no partiality
in favor ff any one party. .
