C3 UfiTOLO '.'MISERY reox , RHEUTilATISStl C. H. King, Water Valley, Miss., cured by Ayer's Sarsapariila "For five years, I suffered untold' misery ' from muscular rheumatism. I tried every known remedy, consulted the best physi cians, visited Hot Springs, Ark., three times, spending f 1000 there, hesides doctors' bills; but could obtain only temporary relief. My flesh was wasted away so that I weighed only ninety-three pounds; my left arm and leg were drawn out of shape, the muscles .WAV. W '.'.V '. , .fOfS" ' being twisted up in knots. I was unable to dress myself, except with assistance, and could only hobble about by U3ing a cane. I had no appetite, and was assured, by the doctors, that I could not live. - The puius. at times, were so awful, that I could procure relief only by means of hypodermic injec tions of morpiiiue. I had my limbs bandaged in clay, in sulphur, in poultices; but these gave only temporary relief. After tiling everything, and suiTi'ilug the most awful tortures, I began to take Ayer's Sarsapariila. Inside of two months, I was able to walk without n cane. In three months, my limits began to strengthen, and in the course of a year, I was cured. Sly weight has increased to 1G5 pounds, and I am now able to do my full day's work as a railroad blacksmith." The Only World's Fair Sarsapariila. A.TEJl'S I'llLS cure Headache, PERSONAL MENTION. Allen proved to be one of the most entertaining in the course. The lecture comprised information gained from letters written by Miss Maud Allen, daughter of the lecturer, who is a medical missionary in India. There were many excellent word paintings de ecriptive of life in India, which have been a part of Miss Allen's experience or observation during her extensive travels. The views were very fine, in cluding temples, mosques, street scenes .in Bombay, natural scenery and scenes from peasant life. Those who were present departed with an enlarged idea and a more intelligent opinion regarding India's importance in the congress of nations than they ever held before. Antelope Doings. Within a few short years it has grown from a very small beginning to one of the first institutions of the land. Selling goods as it does direct from the manufacturer to the consumer on an economic, one small profit plan, its busi ness has enlarged until it now occupies one of the largest business blocks in Chicago, and employs between 400 and 500 people. Its entire establishment is devoted to out-of-xown mail order trade. Its wonderful growth is evidence of its sterling integrity, extraordinary ability and unquestioned financial standing. In fact, we are in receipt of a letter from the National Bank of Illinois, of Chica go, one of the largest and most reliable financial institutions in Chicago,. a con cern with a capital of $2,000,000.00', also a letter from the National Bank of the Republic, of Chicago, one of the sound est financial institutions in Illinoie, with a capital of $1,000,000.00, wherein they are personally acquainted with - the stockholders, that the institution is re putable and thoroughly responsible, and that thorough confidence can be had in any representations it makes.
