for a close understanding between the
United States and Great Britain upon
the China-Japanese question. It asserts
that England's action toward Nicaragua
will teach the South American republics

Tbe readers .of this paper will be
pleaeed to learn that there is at least one
dreaded disease that science has been
able to cure in all its stages, and that is
Catarrh. Hall's Cure is the only posi
tive cnte known to the medical frater
nity. Catarrh being a constitutional
disease, requires a constitutional treat
ment. Hall's Catarrh Cure is taken in
ternally, acting directly upon the blood
and mucous surfaces of the system,
thereby destroying the foundation of the
disease, and giving the patient strength
by building up the constitution and as
aisting nature in doing its work. The
proprietors have so much faith in its
curative powers, that they offer One
. Hundred Dollars for any case that it
fails to cure. Send for list of testimo
nials. Address,
