A dispatch re ceived this morning from Madrid con firms the Associated Press report of last night, announcing that the Spanish government was preparing to send large reinforcements of troops to Cuba, it such a step was found necessary. - It is stated that the Spanish govern ment has issued definite orders for the immediate transportation of seven bat talion of troops, each composed of 900 men, to Havana. Another battalion has been ordered to Havana from Porto Rico, making over 7000 men dispatched in haste to Cuba.
