Babon Mtjndt, of Vienna, the vet
eran sanitarian, has issued a strong
appeal for the establishment of an in
ternational sanitary code, and sug
gests the summoning of an internation
al conference to discuss and arrange
such a code.
While Mr. T. J. Richey of Altona,
Mo., was traveling in Kansas he was
taken violently ill with cholera morbus.
He called at a drug store to get some
