Wellington suspected that Thomas was fixing n-A only scis sors but those thirsty ones who craved liquid refreshments. The sheriff ar rested "Wsp Fix "Em" Thomas ar.d he pleaded guilty to selling moonshine. Judge Phillip imposed a fine of $300 and costs.; J. R.
