Barracks to Aid in
Vancouver Festival

by General 5t -M. Blatchford, who has
instructed the military forces to take
part in thefparade preceding the coro
nation of tile queen. The post band,
which since, the arrival of the Seventh
infantry has become one of the largest t
and finest ' bands. In the Northwest,
will take part In the celebration. A
grand military review on the .barracks
parade grounds is planned for the 'aft
ernoon, following the mammoth '.pa.
rade in which 4000 to 5000 children in
costume are expected to march.
