day it cost me just one dollar; bhfore I could open my office door on Sunday morning,
the telephone bell vas ringing and all day Sunday, Monday and Tuesday I directed people
to viea the house that I had advertised for sale.
Tuesday night a fine old gentleman and his toife from W ashinglon registered at a
local hotel, they looked over the cplumns of The Journal and spied my little ad and the
first call I had next morning I arranged to meet this couple and shoto them my house and
at 3:00 P. Af. they became the owners of a dandy home in Rose City Park district
