An important event of the season
was the hard times party held Thurs
day evening at Kofeldts pavilion, ln
which a number of enthusiastic Can
non Beach boosters participated. The
purpose of the party was to raise the
remaining amount of money duo on
the board walk fund. The affair was
a Croat success financially, which was
largely due to the untiring efforts Of
Mrs. R. D. Schriber as chairman of
Mhe committee. The grand march, was

Miss Ella Rummelin in costume.
