company, R. J. KIdd has filed suit in
the circuit court for $3000 Judgment
against the American Lumber com
pany, charging failure to pay for a
shipment of lumber under an S 80000
contract between the Cedar Creek
Lumber company and the other firm.
The lumber was delivered to the! Amer
ican Lumber company, March 21, 1922,
according to the complaint. -
