The streets were Improved years ago

Officials here believed White would

on his own recognizance.
White apparently was greatly pleased
with the situation he had created and
anxiously -awaited the next develop
ments his formal arrest.
His staunch support of the Indus
trial court would remain untinged by
the incident, he said, although White
reiterated his attack on Judge J. A.
McDermott of the; tribunal for flaying
expressions of sympathy with strikers.
