If a : child receives an average of 85 per cent in his studies he is per muted to kip an entire grade, thereby missing a great deal of valuable work. This is. much more detrimental than beneficial. Frances Helton celebrated her four teenth birthday Tuesday afternoon by giving a party at the home of her aunt. East Couch and Seventeenth streets.
