Real Holland herring are now freely
offered in the retail shops and practieal
Ijr at prewar prices. Quality of the
present supply is good, Alaska herring
Is also available, and some prefer this

The old reliable codfish Is available In
various packages, with prices rather
low at this time.
Kippered Columbia river salmon Is
being freely offered by local manufac
