Baspeet is Arrested Fred Taylor was arrested by the Portland police early this morning for Astoria authorities in con nection with the recent murder of a wealthy Chinaman in that city. Taylor was arrested on instructions from the Astoria police. He will be held for the Clatsop county authorities.
