The Multnomah county grand Jury Fri
day returned two open indictments, four,
secret indictments and six not true bills.
XawVence Borders alias Ted Serr, Law
rence Morrison and John O'Connor were
indicted on the charge of larceny of 18
automobile tires and 12 tubes of the
value' of $1100 from; the Firestone' Tire
tc Rubber company, j Ben Reed was In
dicted on the charge of assault and bat
tery October 10, when it is alleged he
beat up Merna Beavers,
The present grand jury is held over to
serve until the new Jury is drawn for the
January term and will resume its work

126,57.83. The petition is signed by Isi
