Ghormley, who has -been a pastor in the city for 27 years, president ; the Rev, J. I. Boyd, city missionary, secretary. It is the plan of the associa tion to hold meeting- twice a month for discussion of current religious themes, for reports by pastors, and proniinent church workers. The. Work ot the nine Christian" churches in Portland is to be coordinated ' in such a way that the, re ligious activities of this communion will be presented .in; a more united way.
