Swan ton of the Ore gon Humane society, has. denied the al leged charge that she was a discharged employe. Mrs. Howard asserts that she resigned from the society February 1. 1920,' and also claims that F. E. Walling, another complainant, is also a resigned and not a discharged employe. Mrs. Howard claims that Mrs. Swanton ad mitted at the-Friday night hearing that wamng's story of his leaving the so ciety's employ was correct.
