The improvements Include a poultry, rabbit and small stock building at an estimated cost of $25,000; a sheep barn at an estimated cost of $15,000 ; a tractor and farm inplementa building at an es timated cost of $20,000: an addition to the grandstand at an estimated cost of $30,000; a -state aviation field at an estimated cost of $10,000.
